I am totally hooked with Greek and Titan thingy because of this series. Seriously I'm not just hooked, I'm totally psyched. I don't know what's wrong with me its like I am being a teen fangirling with such fictional character like Percy and the Gods and Goddesses. Yeah, I admit I am now asking myself and my father as well if those Gods and Goddesses were real. Hah, silly me, I know but I can't help it its like ancient history. Yeah I don't know, its just I'm so into it, where there comes a point that I am reading the book Mythology by Edith Hamilton. I know right, I just wanna refresh my memory about everything it seems that I got confused while I'm reading because I don't remember some of them. Yikes!
Okay enough about my frustations. I'm gonna put some important thing about the books now. Hope you guys would read it too. And just so you know the movie is kinda different from the book that's why I got confused.
The Gods of Olympus are alive in the 21st Century (seems ridiculous right?). They still fall in love with mortals and have children who might become great heroes, but most of these children meet horrible fates at the hands of monsters by the age of twelve. Only a few learn the truth of their identity and make it to Half Blood Hill, a Long Island summer camp dedicated to training young demigods. Such is the revelation that launches young Percy Jackson on a quest to help his real father, Poseidon, avert a war among the Gods. With the help of Grover the Satyr and Annabeth the daughter of Athena, Percy must journey across the United States to catch a thief who has stolen the original weapon of mass destruction - Zeus' master bolt. Along the way, they face a host of mythological enemies determined to stop them. Most of all, Percy must come to terms with a father he has never known, and an Oracle that has warned him of betrayal by a friend.
Plot by me? Not Really!
Percy Jackson, dyslexic and hotheaded, has been kicked out yet another school. But stranger things are happening around him, and soon he finds himself at Camp Half-Blood, a refuge and training ground for children of the Greek Gods, who are still around and causing trouble for humans. He discovers that his dyslexia is caused by his brain being a hardwired greek, and his hotheadedness is because, well, he's a hero. All too soon he discovers which god is his father, and that he is a pawn in a titanic battle between the Gods that may ignite World War III. Accompanied by a daughter of Athena and a young Satyr, percy is sent to retrieve Zues' lightning bolt from Hades, who supposedly stole it. But things are even more complicated than he and the Gods imagined, and there are dangerous plots afoot like the Titan Lord Kronos whose behind all those stealing. If you don't remember Kronos was Zeus' father whom they'd locked up at Tartarus (I mean his pieces since they torn him apart). Yeah, he's the one who'd sent a hero to stole Zeus' masterbolt and Hades' helm of darkness. And Luke's the one who betrayed Percy not Ares (the God of War, well Percy thought of him at first).

The Sea of Monsters
When Thalia's tree is mysteriously poisoned, the magical borders of Camp Half-Blood begin to fail. Now Percy and his friends have just days to find the only magic item powerful to save the camp before it is overrun by monsters. The catch: they must sail into the Sea of Monsters to find it. Along the way, Percy must stage a daring rescue operation to save his old friend Grover, and he learns a terrible secret about his own family, which makes him question whether being son of Poseidon is an honor or a curse.
Plot by me? Not Really!
Percy Jackson, son of a mortal mother and the Greek God Poseidon, returns to Camp Half-Blood, only to find it beset by monsters. The camp's protection are breaking down -- someone has poisoned Thalia's tree (spoiler alert: Luke did it, not Chiron), which guards the camp, and Chiron has been fired, replaced by the evil Tantalus (honestly, he's just a joke) who has been let out of Hades. Meanwhile, Percy has been having dreams about his friend Grover (its because of the so-called empathy link), who held captive by a cyclops (he's Polyphemus if you remember him because I don't). It seems that only the Golden Fleece can save the camp, but it is guraded by the same cyclops that has Grover, and Clarisse, not Percy, has been given the quest to get it. And oh, Percy has a half-brother, baby brother to be exact, named Tyson, he's a cyclops so he kinda help Percy and Annabeth along the way but it was all Percy and Annabeth. Clarisse should thank them because without their help she won't complete the quest and she's never gonna make his father Ares proud.

The Titan's Curse
When Percy Jackson gets an urgent distress call from his friend Grover, he immediately prepares for battle. He knows he will need his powerful demigod allies at his side, his trusty bronze sword Riptide, and, uhm a ride with his mom which is totally embarassing for him. The demigods rush to the rescue to find that Grover has made an important discovery: two powerful half-bloods whose parentage is unknown (namely Bianca and Nico di Angelo). But that's not all that awaits them. The Titan Lord Kronos has devised his most treacherous plot yet, and the young heroes have just fallen prey. They're not the only ones in danger. An ancient monster has arisen -- one rumored to be so powerful it could destroy Olympus -- and Artemis, the only goddes who might know how to track it, is missing (well honestly she was captured, along with Annabeth). Now Percy and his friends, along with the Hunters of Artemis, have only a week (because Artemis shouldn't miss the Winter Solstice meeting with all the Gods even Hades) to find the kidnapped goddess and solve the mystery of the monster she was hunting. Along the way, they must face their most dangerous challenge yet: the chilling prophecy of the Titan's curse.
Plot by me? Not Really!
When Percy's friend Annabeth and the Goddess Artemis both disappear just before the winter solstice, and when Artemis must be on Mt. Olympus to convince the Gods to prepare for a war with the Titans, Percy, his friends (Thalia and Grover), and two Artemis' followers (Zoe, the daughter of the Titan Lord Atlas, and Bianca, the yet unknown demigod who died because she got a figurine of Hades in Hephaestus junkyard since his brother doesn't have it yet) set out to rescue them, led by a prophecy and Percy's dreams. But Kronos is preparing an elaborate trap for them, and Luke has been gathering an even larger army. Since Percy hadn't kept her promise to keep Bianca safe that's when he found out that Nico was a son of Hades.

The Battle of the Labyrinth
Percy Jackson isn't expecting freshmen orientation to be any fun, but when a mysterious mortal acquaintance appears, pursued by demon cheerleaders, things quickly go from bad to worse. Time is running out for Percy. War between the Gods and the Titans is drawing near. Even Camp Half-Blood isn't safe, as Kronos' army prepares to invade its once impenetrable borders. To stop them, Percy and his friends must set out on a quest through the Labyrinth -- a sprawling underground world with surprises and danger at every turn. Along the way Percy will confront powerful enemies, find out the truth about the lost God Pan, and face the Titan Lord Kronos' most terrible secret. The final war begins . . . with the Battle of the Labyrinth.
Plot by me? Not Really!
As the ultimate apocalyptic battle between the Gods and Kronos draws near, Percy and his friends discover Camp Half-Blood is first on Kronos' hitlist, and that the invasion will come through a secret entrance to the Labyrinth, which now lies under the entire U.S. So Percy, Annabeth and Grover with Tyson venture into this forbidding and constantly shifting underground world, seeking Daedalus (only to find out that he is Quintus their sword fighting mentor?, who has a pet hellhound named Mrs. O'Leary, whom Percy thought a traitor) Pan, and a way to stop Kronos' forces.

The Last Olympian
All year the half-bloods have been preparing for battle against the Titans, knowing the odds of victory are grim. Kronos' army is stronger than ever, and with every God and half-blood he recruits, the evil Titan's power only grows. While the Olympians struggle to contain the rampaging monster Typhon, Kronos begins his advance on New York City, where Mt. Olympus stands virtually unguarded. Now it's up to Percy Jackson and an army of young demigods to stop the Lord of Time. The long-awaited prophecy surrounding Percy's 16th birthday unfolds. And as the battle for Western Civilization rages on the streets of Manhattan, Percy faces a terrifying suspicion that he may be fighting against his own fate.
Plot by me? Not Really!
In the last book, Kronos and his vast armies of monsters and minor Gods finally launch their assault on Mt. Olympus, which means attacking the island of Manhattan. Because the Gods are away dealing with Typhon (the worst monster of all time), who's escaped from his prison under Mt. St. Helens, it is left to the vastly overmatched and outnumbered demigods, led by Percy, to protect New York and Olympus.

The Demigod Files
In these top-secret files, Camp Half-Blood's senior scrive, gives you an insinde look at the world of demigods that no regular human child is allowed to see. It indicates some stories such as the stolen chariot of Ares, the golden dragon from Hephaestus' sons and the sword of Hades. And also an inside scoop of the demigods (Percy, Annabeth, Clarisse, Stroll brothers) and Grover.
See! As what I have said earlier if you can still remember I'm psyched about all of these.
Love,
Danica.™
